A bit about me
Hello. I'm Kate.
I love solving problems.
Over the last 15+ years I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple sectors, helping organisations get to the bottom of a range of challenges in the digital space. From customer acquisiton and retention to improving operational efficiency and process.
My experience ranges from research planning and design, setting product visions and roadmaps, to developing measurement frameworks and delivering creative briefs.
I like to look at problems for all angles and I am particularly interested in how I can get the best out of people through coaching and mentoring to deliver effective, user centred products, experiences and campaigns.

- Product roadmap to maximise investment in new technology for the UK's largest housebuilder
- Designing core tenant service to support statutory requirement
- Partnership with a social housing provider to structure the digital delivery of their core support services
- Establishing a performance framework for a national cancer charity to aid better, more informed decision making
- Foundational user research project for a large government service, incl. journey mapping and segmentation
- Content strategy to transform a national charity's content services, moving from a research focus to a user-led digital proposition
- Developed marketing and comms strategy for large government recruiter
